Sunset Picnics Yallingup

Gary was fantastic; he made the whole planning process very easy and stress-free; he ran me through the entire process of how things would work and was very accommodating with my requests. The set-up was gorgeous, and everything was perfect.

Gary from Sunset Picnics was able to set up a really pretty and relaxing picnic for us at short notice for my husband's birthday at the Old Dunsborough boat ramp park area. Our little girl loved it too and enjoyed playing on the beach after we had eaten. Heaps of food and yummy bubbles too! Highly recommended for something special to do on a trip down to the region. Thank you!

Gary was simply amazing! The location, setup, food, drink and little extras like music & flowers were all perfect!Gary has great attention to detail and I’m sure if you asked for something specific he would bend over backwards to accommodate! Like he did with our vegan platter.Gary went to multiple locations to find the perfect spot out of the wind and kept us updated all day. He let us stay longer meaning he had to pack up in the dark (sorry Gary but we didn’t want to leave!).I can definitely recommend this experience to anyone for any occasion- romance, hens, baby shower, birthday.... or just to treat yo self! I had organised it as a last minute surprise for my husband to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. The set up, food, music and atmosphere was incredible!! Everything was such good quality and worth every cent! We are so thankful for making our Anniversary one to remember!!!!

Yallingup Sunset Picnic Co. can be described in three words: magical, reliable, and delicious! Gary went beyond what you'd expect from an engagement service. He travelled half an hour out of the way to our location to scout out the best spot beforehand. He also made sure to greet me (the bride to be) and cleverly announce that our fantastic photographer would be there for some promo shots". This resulted in me being absolutely floored with happiness when my partner got down on one knee (well done for pulling the wool over my eyes).In terms of the gorgeous set-up

We booked a picnic on the beach for our little ones birthday and Gary did a fabulous job putting it all together. From picking a beautiful beach, to setting it all up very beautifully at the very last moment considering the weather conditions around this time of the year down south.If you'll are around Dunsborough and want a perfect sunset picnic, this ones the best one around.Thank you Gary for making our very special day very memorable.
